HCCDC works with the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska; Ho-Chunk Incorporated; state and federal agencies; and other partners to increase the availability of high quality affordable housing on the Winnebago Reservation.

Our Down Payment Assistance Program has provided $2.5 million in assistance to help 70 tribal members construct new homes on the reservation in the past 15 years.

HCCDC also developed and manages Little Priest Apartments and the Warrior Apartments in HoChunk Village containing  47 affordable 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments.
